Can't see us picking up any either, and they have a point more than us.

Exactly.

Re: Relegation run-in (update)
Brighton is the side Southampton and Stoke should target with their run in you can't see them picking up anymore points.

Re: Relegation run-in (update)
Southampton are never getting 6 points from their remaining games. Bournemouth is a local derby and they'd love to send them down, Everton away is always difficult, Swansea are scrapping hard and are at home and City is a probable spanking. Bottom three as they are will do nicely.

Re: Relegation run-in (update)
Whether we finish 14th, 15th, 16th or 17th (or somehow even get ourselves relegated still); it's been yet another awful cunt season thanks to our embarrassing lying cheapskate idiot dickhead wanker owners.

THE DRUIDS have been proven to be absolutely bang on the money with their fears since moving stadium under the lying cheapskate idiot dickhead wanker owners and their running of the club is beyond fucking incompetent. They're unbelievably thick and downright cheap and two bob.

We're going to be like this until we're sold on. It's as simple as that.

Should we stay-up this season; we must be a great shout for relegation next year.

Re: Relegation run-in (update)
There seem to be an awful lot of football matches that I wouldn’t be bothered about that I am now forced to give a shit about
eg
Southampton v Bournemouth
Swansea v Stoke
Swansea v Southampton etc etc

Anyone who has been a West Ham fan for any amount of time can imagine scenarios where we drop into the bottom 3 in the last 10 mins of the season.
We need to beat someone.

We have City next, they put 5 past Swansea.

Prancer, I was factoring in our run-in, which is why I said I think we will need another point to make sure. I think we'll get it as well and stumble over the line.

Re: Relegation run-in (update)
this guys is life on the next level

these cunts will employ Moyes as they're not capable of better

Sullivan will still be doing transfers too

they lie

these protests need to be sorted or we're going to be saying the same shit this time next year

El Scorchio 1:53 Mon Apr 23
Re: Relegation run-in (update)
I think he'd take quite a lot of satisfaction in sending us down. There's definitely no love lost between him and the owners or him and the fans. He also has this ongoing massive chip on his shoulder about his perception and reputation, so I think he'll want this personally.

Whether he gets the Everton team up for the occasion is another matter, seen as he doesn't seem to be the most popular man at that club either, but they've never needed any kind of incentive to make us look shit or stupid on the pitch in the last 10 years or so.

Fingers crossed we'll be confirmed safe by then anyway rendering it all a moot point.

The only thing that cunt Allardyce cares about is money...he won't give a single fuck if we stay up or not.

El Scorchio 12:51 Mon Apr 23
Re: Relegation run-in (update)
Maybe not, but they almost always manage to beat us somehow, no matter the situation, no matter our form and no matter theirs.

I hope you're right.

Re: Relegation run-in (update)
remember when we had nothing to play for and went to newcastle?? same situation and we rolled over.

BFS wont be motivating everton to win anything.

El Scorchio 12:29 Mon Apr 23
Re: Relegation run-in (update)
One thing that's clear is we can't afford to have teams putting 3-4 goals past us like yesterday.

dealcanvey 12:29 Mon Apr 23
Re: Relegation run-in (update)
Staying up on 35 points would only be two points better than when we finished bottom in 2011.

El Scorchio 12:22 Mon Apr 23
Re: Relegation run-in (update)
Stoke need 7 points to get past us thanks to goal difference, even if we don't win another point. I suppose there's an outside chance we might get a couple of spankings for it to get uncomfortably close, but it should be fine.

Southampton are a bit of a worry for me. It's not impossible to see them winning two games, especially with Bournemouth safe and Everton not having much to play for. We could end up relying on Man City tonking them for goal difference on the last game of the season.

We really need something from one of our remaining games. Leicester is possible with them not having loads to play for. Everton could be massive if we go in to it needing something. Allardyce will do his best to have them right up for it as he'll relish the chance to relegate us (again) and I couldn't think of many worse teams to have to play on the occasion, given the weird hold Everton seem to have over us in the last decade. We've only beaten them on 2 of 22 occasions- and one of those was in that penalty shoot out.

We're still right in it at the moment, I think, until the games hopefully run out for Southampton. Swansea will go past us, although it's possible Huddersfield won't win any more points given their remaining fixtures.

I have us picking up pts for draws v Leicester and Everton and finishing 15th.
Brighton & Hudds to not get any pts but safe anyway and current bottom 3 to go down

Re: Relegation run-in (update)
Stoke can't catch us, three games left including a trip to Anfield.

I still think 35 will be enough, Swansea playing Stoke and Southampton is a godsend given they either get a point each or someone gets 0 points from either of them. Not the worst situation for us. Swansea winning both puts them above us but keeps the dead men there. We certainly don't want Southampton beating Swansea but it could be all over by then anyway?

The only team that COULD realistically catch us is Southampton but they play City on the final day and probably need to turn them over to do it.

franksfat&slow&wank 12:13 Mon Apr 23
Re: Relegation run-in (update)
Leicester and Everton are hardly Real Madrid

If the cunt in charge picks the right line up we should take at least 4 point from those games with so much at stake

goose 11:44 Mon Apr 23
Re: Relegation run-in (update)
swansea v saints
stoke v swansea

couple of draws there and we are done.
Huddersfield and us will prob pick up 3 points somewhere.

nothing to be proud of though.
